Actually Alan, it was your mother who was right.

Gosh Alan, even if you didn't like him, you might have at least had the decency to wait for him to be buried before pissing on his grave.

There are many "legal scholars" that conservatives disagree with but nevertheless respect. These include Chemerinsky, Sunstein, and Tribe.

This piece by Dershowitz is a perfect examply of why he, with all of his achievements, is not a respected "scholar."

Dershowitz complains:

"After making several of these points to Alan Colmes (who was supposed to be interviewing me), Sean Hannity intruded, and when he didn’t like my answers, he cut me off and terminated the interview. Only after I was off the air and could not respond did the attack against me begin, which is typical of Hannity’s bullying ambush style. He is afraid to attack when there’s someone there to respond."

Dershowitz has the gall to complain about being attacked when he's unable to respond, in the very piece in which he's doing the same to Rehnquist. The hypocrisy is so thick that a spoon would stand straight up in it.

hr: It's not clear to me that th's a respected teacher, either. My crim pro professor had Dershowitze for crim pro. He summarized the class thusly: "We didn't learn much about criminal procedure, but we learned a lot about Alan Dershowitz."
