
If they actually go through with this, I suppose it is only a matter of time before this is outsourced and you wind up talking to a solicitor in Bombay.

At the risk of being pedantic, wouldn't that be a barrister?
Actually, according to the press release, solicitor is correct. If I remeber my "Rumpole of the Bailey" correctly, barristers don't get involved until the case goes to trial.
